Administrative/Professional Positions
Greenville County Schools will take applications for the 2025-2026 AA/AP Pool beginning December 2, 2024. The application period will close on January 13, 2025.
Any person who has the required certification for Elementary or Secondary Principal or who will have the certification before the 2025-2026 school year is encouraged to apply to the Administrative Assistant/Assistant Principal Pool (AA/AP Pool).
Application is also required for currently serving GCS AAs or APs who want to transfer to another school or be promoted from AA to AP.
All applications will be entered into Job I.D. # 21794 beginning December 2. Please carefully follow the detailed instructions:

INFORMATION SESSION: December 2, 2024, 4:00-5:00 via Zoom. Applicants may register for the information session to learn more about the AA/AP application, interview, and pool process.

Application Requirements
If you're ready to pursue one of our administrative positions, you can create and complete an application online. An e-mail address is required to apply. Once your account has been created, you may return to update your application, add attachments, or view your application. Be sure to keep a record of your login and password information. All applicants must be US citizens or have a Work Visa or Work Permit.
Application Process
There are two parts to the application process. First, complete the My Profile Section and second, review Job Listings and apply to any job(s) of interest. (Part 1: My Profile and Part 2: Job Listings to Apply).
Note: You may have more than one application if you apply for more than one vacant position. A separate application is needed for each position of interest. Update your Profile and Application as needed (i.e. attaching documents to your profile)

Please be sure to list the name, title, phone number, and email for your most recent supervisor and another supervisor who has observed your work in a supervisory capacity.
