The awards were celebrated a week after the South Carolina Department of Education released the 2022-2023 test scores for South Carolina College- and Career-Ready Assessments (SC READY) for English Language Arts and Mathematics along with South Carolina Palmetto Assessment of State Standards (SCPASS) for Science.
