United Way School Tools EventUnited Way of Greenville County is hosting a School Tools event to provide children in rising K-4 through rising 8th grade with basic school supplies at the beginning of the school year. Your child qualifies to receive school tools if he/she is on Medicaid, receives free or reduced school lunch, or if your family receives food stamps.

WHEN:

HOW:

Bring your Medicaid card, letter of free/reduced lunch eligibility from the Greenville County School District, or EBT card and your photo ID.

You will fill out a short application and then school supplies will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis to those who qualify.

Parking Directions:

From Pendleton Street/SC-124, Turn onto Carver Street.  Park in the Friendship Baptist Church parking lot or field across the street and walk to Freetown Community Center by following the School Tools signs. Once full, park at Shoeless Joe Jackson County Park, 406 West Avenue, Greenville 29611.  Shuttles will run from the park beginning at 7:30 am.

Doors will not open before 8:30 am. Please do not arrive before 7:00 am.

Supplies are limited and are only available while supplies last.
