Greenville Middle Academy Art Exhibit
Greenville Middle Academy’s 7th grade language arts students recently selected a famous artist and studied the artist's life, the artist's style, and the artist's background. The research process included creating note cards and bibliography cards and writing formal research papers based on their work. Each student chose one of the artist's famous works to recreate. The result was an amazing art gallery of student-created reproductions of famous artwork for friends and family. In addition, eighth grade strings students performed several pieces in the background.
