Dr. Bryan Skipper, Executive Director of Student Personnel Services

Dr. Bryan Skipper has 22 years of administrative experience most recently serving as the Assistant to the Superintendent and Ombudsman since 2021.  Prior administrative experience includes principalships at three high schools, ranging from a small, rural, Title I school to his last principal position as leader of Hillcrest High. He takes a highly logical approach to assessing situations and circumstances and is extremely well organized. Dr. Skipper began his career as a math teacher and coach at JL Mann High School in 1997 before moving to administrative positions, first at Mann, then in Aiken County. He holds a B.S. from The Citadel, an M.A. from Furman University, and an Ed.D. from Georgia Southern University.
