American Education Week, celebrated November 13 – 17, 2017, is the perfect time to recognize the Difference Makers in Greenville County Schools!  We are proud to recognize our more than 10,000 employees, from bus drivers to plant engineers, teachers to social workers, and all who have made it their mission to make a positive impact on students, families, their communities, and one another.

To recognize our outstanding employees for their work, we have created a card that says, “Thank You for being a Difference Maker.” Every GCS employee has been asked to participate in the celebration by writing a note of thanks to a colleague.

Difference Maker cards are available to parents and members of the community, too. We want you to write a note of thanks to a “Difference Maker” and drop it off or present it to the employee you are recognizing during American Education Week.
