Our Extended Day Program (EDP) is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year.

Application & Payment Information

• All registration information and application fees will be processed through Procare using the link below. The $40 application fee is non-refundable and due at the time of application submission. Completing the application and paying the application fee does not guarantee a spot in the EDP program.
• Weekly payments for the 2026-27 school year will be accepted starting July 1, 2026 and can be directly billed through Procare a week before school starts to ensure payment is collected in advance of care.

General Program Guidelines

• Payment must be made in advance of EDP care. Payments will be due on Fridays by closing time prior to afterschool care for the following week.
• A $10 late fee will be automatically applied on Tuesday of the following week if there is a balance due.
• Failure to pay fees could result in the student being withdrawn/suspended from the EDP program.

     * Half Week = 2 day week as determined by the school calendar.
