Freshman Orientation

Thursday, August 6 | 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

We are excited to welcome our newest Trojans to Carolina High School! Freshman Orientation is a great opportunity for students to get familiar with their new school, meet teachers and counselors, learn about important school procedures and expectations, and get ready for a successful start to the school year.

🏫 What Freshmen Need to Know

• Students should arrive and be dropped off at the main entrance or student parking lot by 8:30 a.m.
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all students.
  Students do not need to bring school supplies to orientation.
• Students will have the opportunity to meet with teachers and counselors and learn important information about Carolina High School.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Meeting

Parents and families are invited to join us for a special Parent Meeting from 9:15–9:45 a.m. Parents will have the opportunity to meet the principal, learn more about the upcoming school year, and get answers to their questions.

Parents who plan to attend the meeting or tour the school should park in the student parking lot.

We can't wait to welcome our incoming freshmen and families to the Carolina High School family! 💙🎓 We look forward to starting the new school year together!

10th – 12th Grade Schedule Pick-Up

Thursday, August 6 | 12:30–3:30 p.m.

We are excited to welcome our returning students and new Trojans back to Carolina High School! Students in grades 10–12 are invited to stop by during Schedule Pick-Up to get ready for a successful start to the new school year.

📋 What Students Can Do
During Schedule Pick-Up, students can:

• Pick up their class schedule
• Update their student ID photo
• Purchase a parking pass
• Pick up important school information
• Tour the school if they are new to Carolina High School

🚗 Parking Pass Information
Students who plan to drive to school must obtain a parking pass during the first week of school. To purchase a parking pass, students must provide:

• A valid driver's license or restricted license
• Proof of insurance
• $25 payment

First Day of School

🕗 School Building Opens for Student Drop-Off: 7:45 a.m.
📚 First Block Begins: 8:45 a.m.
🏫 School Dismissal: 3:45 p.m.

🍎 Breakfast & Lunch Provided Daily

All Carolina High School students receive free breakfast and lunch every day. We look forward to seeing everyone on the first day and starting the school year strong!
