Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at Golden Strip Career Center!

It is a privilege to welcome you as I begin my first year as Director of Golden Strip Career Center. While this is my first year serving this incredible school community, it marks my 27th year in education. Throughout my career, I have learned that the most successful schools are built on meaningful relationships, high expectations, and a shared commitment to helping every student succeed. I am honored to be part of the Golden Strip family and excited about the year ahead.

To our parents, thank you for placing your trust in us. We know that educating students is a partnership, and we value the opportunity to work alongside you throughout the year. Your encouragement, involvement, and support are essential to your child's success, and we look forward to building strong relationships with every family.

To our students, welcome back! Whether you are returning to continue your career pathway or joining us for the very first time, we are excited you are here. Golden Strip Career Center is a place where you will be challenged to grow, encouraged to pursue your passions, and supported as you develop the technical skills, confidence, and professionalism needed for success in college, careers, and life.

Our faculty and staff are passionate about preparing students for bright futures. Every day, they are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment where students can thrive. Beyond technical knowledge, we strive to help every student develop the character, leadership, work ethic, and problem-solving skills that employers, colleges, and our communities value.

As we begin this new school year together, I encourage every student to make the most of each opportunity. Challenge yourself, ask questions, embrace new experiences, and never underestimate what you are capable of achieving. I am confident this year will be filled with growth, accomplishments, and memories that will last a lifetime.
