Upward Bound

Upward Bound is a federally funded pre-college academic enrichment program for first-generation scholars in 9th through 12th grade.  The Upward Bound program at Greenville Technical College is looking for scholars in the 9th and 10th grades who love to participate in exciting cultural activities, once-in-a-lifetime travel opportunities, and informative college visits that are FREE.  Upward Bound Scholars get PAID to participate in enriching academic instruction, challenging ACT/SAT preparation, and instructive guidance on applying to and paying for college.  If you have a scholar in the 9th or 10th grade who may be interested in joining the Upward Bound program at Greenville Technical College, please contact Brett Buzzell, Assistant Director, by phone at (864)250-8078 or by email at brett.buzzell@gvltec.edu .  For more information about the program, you can go to https://www.gvltec.edu/upward-bound/ .
