To Enroll at Our School:

Please complete the following paper work and bring it to the school office to enroll at Tigerville.  The forms below  are available at the GCS website.

• Review the parent checklist
• Complete enrollment form
• Complete transportation forms
• Copy of birth certificate, the long form
• Copy of immunization records or religious exemption form
• Complete necessary medical forms
• Review the School Exclusion Lists of Contagious or Communicable Diseases
