I am truly blessed to have served as Assistant Principal at Plain Elementary for the past five years with its wonderful faculty, staff, students, parents, and community. I enjoy serving others and working as a team to provide a safe and loving learning environment for children.
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Clemson University and a Master of Educational Leadership degree from The Citadel. I have experience teaching first grade, third grade, and special education resource before becoming an assistant principal in Berkeley County in South Carolina’s Low Country. I moved to Greenville County in 2017. After a year as an Assistant Principal at Fountain Inn Elementary, I became the Assistant Principal here at Plain.
I am a South Carolina native, having grown up in Camden. After graduating from Clemson, I spent 30 years living in the Charleston area and enjoying frequent trips to the beach. I have grown to love living in the Upstate with its proximity to the mountains.
In addition to spending time with my family, I also enjoy reading, watching Clemson football games, traveling, doing home improvement projects with my husband, exercising, and socializing with friends.
