PRES Earns Beta Award
Pelham Road Elementary School has been named a National Beta Club School of Distinction for 2015-16. This award recognizes schools that demonstrate a significant increase in membership and PRES met that criteria by inducting 61 new members into the National Beta Club chapter this year. These members are fifth-graders who were required to serve at least 10 hours in their school and community as they exemplified the Beta Club motto: "Let Us Lead by Serving Others." Click here to read more about this accomplishment on the Greenville News website and to see the list of new Beta Club members.
