Woodmont Middle School Teacher of the Year
Each year, a teacher is chosen to represent Woodmont Middle School at the district level. This person is selected by the WMS faculty in recognition of his or her outstanding teaching ability.
The 2023- 2024 Woodmont School Teacher of the Year is Special Education Teacher, Mairin McLeer. Ms. McLeer cars about her students as individuals and works tirelessly to help them grow. She is also instrumental in helping all Woodmont Middle School students succeed through her work with the after-school program. Ms. McLeer is highly esteemed by her colleagues and is truly befitting of the title of Teacher of the Year.
