NewTech@Mann students are assessed using agency.
Agency is centered around initiating and promoting one’s own learning in order to be productive in a work environment.
Much of what is being measured in agency is grounded in the concept of the “growth mindset”. Through agency, we offer students numerous avenues by which to demonstrate that they are growing as learners.
