- When picking up a child in the front or back car line, all cars must have a car tag in order to pick up students. Cars without tags will not be called, and the driver will have to enter the school to pick up the child. Car tags are available in the school's main office.
Registration
All registration should be completed online using Backpack. Registration information can be found on the Greenville County School Registration page.
Visitor and Volunteer Guidelines
Greenville County Schools (GCS), in an effort to ensure the safety of all of our students, is implementing additional security checks for school volunteers. Effective immediately, all volunteers must submit an application to the school and receive clearance from the district before interacting with children in the school or chaperoning any school field trip. Social Emotional Learning
Social Emotional Learning is a term used to describe traits students need to be prepared for opportunities in life, education, and employment. GCS has committed to building a better graduate, which includes social and emotional skills like perseverance, integrity, work ethic, and interpersonal skills. These are all skills that the business community has emphasized are needed for our students to become healthy and effective employees. The GCS Mental Health Resources Program is called Let’s Talk.
