EDP Registration for the 2026-2027
Registration for Beck's Extended Day Program is now open for 2026-2027. Please read the letter about the new automated procedures for the upcoming year and complete the online registration along with the application. Questions? Please contact Julie Moody

End of the Year Activities:
8th Grade Dance- May 8th 6:30-8:30. Open to 8th grade Beck Students. Dress your best (no jeans, dresses must have at least one strap) Enter school at the bus loop.
Spring Concerts- Orchestra May 5, Band May 6, and Chorus May 7. All concerts will take place at 6:00pm.
8th Grade Day- May 19
Student Appreciation Day- May 19
Vaccinations Opportunities:
Back to School Vaccine Clinics will be held May 28, July 23 & 30, Aug 6, 10, 20, & 27, and Sept 10 at the Greenville County Health Department, 352 Halton Rd. By appointment only. Call 1-855-472-3432 to schedule. A copy of all previous vaccine records should be brought to appointment.

End of Year Technology/Book Fines
As we approach the end of the year, we encourage students to locate and turn in missing/overdue books to avoid receiving lost book fines. We will be emailing notifications every other week starting the week of March 30 and will send weekly email notifications starting in May. To accommodate those without email access, we will also be printing notifications to distribute as well. Students are welcome to visit the library if there are any additional questions or concerns.
Sports Announcements
All athletes must have a physical on file dated and completed after April 1st 2025 to tryout for Beck sports.
Physical Form
Per GCSD- Middle school students and younger attending an athletic event must be accompanied by an adult 19 years old or older.

JL Mann Basketball Skills Camp June 1-4, 2026
For boys and girls ages 10-14. Hosted at JL Mann High School gym. Early Registration $150 (before May 8), Registration after May 8 $165. Registration Link coming soon.

Fine Arts
The Fine Arts Center is proud to offer the Summer Arts Program, June 8-11, 2026, to young artists in Greenville County. Areas of study will include architecture, creative writing, dance, digital filmmaking, various genres of music, theatre design and production, theatre performance, and visual arts.

Summer School
Students currently enrolled at Beck who are invited or required to attend the 2026 Greenville County School District Summer School Program will attend at Fisher Middle School, which will serve as the host site. Students selected for participation will receive a formal invitation with additional details.
Dates: June 1-4; 8-11; 15-18; and 22-25 Time: 8:30-12:30 daily. Summer School Flyer
Marcus Whitfield Youth Camp
Sponsored by the Greenville County Sheriff's Office, this camp is for all rising 6th to rising 9th graders and is free to all participants. July 6-10 @ Berea High School. For registration and transportation information visit the Camp Flyer and the Camp Registration
