Class Rotation
This year at Northwest we will begin having monthly class rotations. Click here for a letter from Dr. McDonald explaining what class rotation is and how we believe it is going to benefit all of our students.

Northwest wants to thank Walmart for honoring 8 of our teachers with $50.00 gift cards to purchase items for their classroom.

PTA Reflections Time
reflectionsIt’s that time of year students. PTA Reflection time! The National PTA Reflections welcomes all grades and abilities to explore and be involved in the following categories.  Dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts. The theme this year is “The world would be a better place if….” This year our goal is to have over 50% participation.  This will not only help benefit our school but also your creativeness.  The turn in for entries is October 15, 2014.  More information will be available on the website or you can contact Julie Green at 864.884.4274, Thank you so much and get those creative juices flowing!!

Carolina High Open House
Carlina High will hold its Open house on October 7th. It offers two magnet areas, Enigineering and Health Professions. All 8th grade students are invited . Click here to see the flyer for more information.


Congratulations goes to three of our staff members who wrote and received grants that benefit all of our students.

Taylor Wells received a $1000 grant from the Music Club of Greenville to purchase a new digital piano. 

Brandi Tucker and Tariq Caudle received a grant for $1500 from Live Well Greenville to purchase new equipment to support the new health and wellness rules/guidelines.


PTA Spririt Wear
Northwest PTA is selling Panther Spirit Shirts. We have several options available including hoodies. Please send in your order form with payment by Monday, October 13th.
