Medications Left in the Health Room

     Parent/Guardian:  

     Thank you for providing your child's medication for administration at school.  The last full day of attendance for students is May 20, 2024.  School district policy requires the school nurse to destroy medications that are not picked up at the end of the school year.  If your child's medications are not picked up by May 22, 2024, the school nurse will have to destroy them.

     For safety reasons, the school nurse cannot send medications home with students.  Parents/guardians must pick up the medications.  If you have any questions or concerns, please call the school nurse.  Her telephone number is listed below.

Medicamentos Que Se Quedan En La Sala De Salud

     Querido Padre/Guardian:

     Gracias por proprcionar los medicamentos de su hijo para su administracion en la escuela.  El ultimo dia completo de clases para este ano escolar sera 2024 Mayo 20.  Las reglas del distrito escolar me obligan a destruir los medicamentos que no se recogen al final del ano escolar.  Si los medicamentos de se hijo no se recogen para 2024 Mayo 22, tendre que destruirlos.

     Por razones de seguridad no puedo enviar medicamentos a casa con los estudiantes.  Los padres deben recoger los medicamentos.  Si tiene alguna pregunta o preocupacion, por favor llameme.  Mi numero de telefono aparece a continuacion.
