Greenville Drive Employee Appreciation Night – Employee Appreciation Night @ Fluor Field – The Greenville Drive will host GCS Employee Appreciation Night on Saturday, June 3 at 7 PM. All GCS employees can visit greenvilledrive.com/gcsemployees for a complimentary ticket to the game and to purchase additional tickets (use promo code “schools” at checkout). Tickets can also be claimed at the Drive box office or by calling
864-240-4528. $5 ballpark vouchers, good for food, drink, or merchandise items at the ballpark, will be distributed to all GCS employees at the gates as they enter the stadium. Butterfly Adventure at Roper Mountain - The butterflies are on their way to Greenville! Hundreds of them, to be precise. On June 1, 2017, Roper Mountain Science Center will open its gates for the second annual Butterfly Adventure, one of the most unique experiences in the Upstate. This five-week special exhibit launches at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, and wraps up on Friday, July 7. For more information please visit the website.

HEALTH AND WELLNESSS
Quick Rule of Thumb - Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day. Drink between meals, and finish your fluids 2 hours before bed. Carry a bottle everywhere with you as a reminder to keep drinking. Also, eat raw fruits and vegetables as they are dense in water.
Mama’s Home Cooking - Whatever you cook, make more of it! Double up meats and veggies and freeze for later in the week. Research finds that people who eat home-cooked meals on a regular basis tend to be happier and healthier and consume less sugar and processed foods, which can result in higher energy levels and better mental health.
