News In Athletics

Last night was a great night for Athletics! Tennis opened the playoffs with a shutout win over York, and baseball continued building its résumé with an 8-7 win over Broome. Golf battled back in its two-day tournament to finish runner-up against some of the best teams in the state.

A huge congratulations goes to our softball team for defeating Daniel 11-0, earning a Region Championship, and securing a No. 1 seed heading into the playoffs. Great job, Tigers!

Today, boys soccer is at home against Chesnee. We are also excited to celebrate our 12 seniors who have committed to play at the collegiate level: Gavin Forrester, Halle Simila, Bella Ballenger, Logan Rainey, Annika Hempel, Hudson Sauer, Mitchell Bobbitt, Macey Hanley, Brianna McCrae, Aiden Crump, Allie Stone, and Faith Masters. Congratulations to each of you!

Athletes, don’t forget about Physical Day this Saturday in our gym from 9:00-12:00.

As always, Go Tigers!
