Why Uniforms

Next August, Berea Middle School will institute a uniform dress code policy. A school uniform teaches students to dress smartly and take pride in their appearance, in preparation for learning and future careers. The use of uniforms can also foster a sense of unity and solidarity among students, while promoting an environment of equality.

What Can Students Wear

All students will be required to wear khaki-style pants in khaki color, black, or navy blue. Shirts are to be solid-color knit "sports shirts", short or long sleeves, in green, gold, black, heather gray, and white. Berea T-Shirts will also be considered dress code appropriate. No jeans may be worn, except on specially announced days.

How Can I Help?
