Joy Grayson

Joy Grayson is an attorney who has served on the Board of Trustees for District 17 since 2012, serving the Blue Ridge community. She has served as a volunteer in Greenville County Schools and with Public Education Partners of Greenville County since 2005, an organization that works collaboratively with the community, educators, and elected officials to support and strengthen public education and student achievement.

Mrs. Grayson earned a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. She practiced law at Nelson Mullins Riley, and Scarborough, L.L.P. and at the DeKalb County Solicitors’ office. Joy and her husband, Neil, have two children, Benjamin and Brooks.
