Baseball, America’s pastime, was first played at Hughes Academy in the year 2000. The sport is only available seventh and eighth graders and the team can have up to fifteen players. Every year we are improving our skills, we have the batting cage to help us practice and our coach Mr Wohlrab is helping the team get stronger every year. Each year we give it our best especially at the district playoff in which we go four times each year. Games are only played Mondays through Thursdays.
