Seat Time Recovery 2017-2018
Parents,
Regular school attendance is important to the academic success of every student. On our traditional schedule, students are allowed 5 unexcused absences for a semester class and 10 unexcused absences for a year-long class. Absences above this violate the SC Compulsory Attendance Law and puts the student in danger of losing credit.
Please access the Greenville County School District’s parent portal to review your child’s attendance record throughout the course of this semester. If your child has an attendance violation, he/she will need to attend seat time recovery in order to recoup the time missed and receive credit for the class.
Seat-Time Recovery sessions will begin on Saturday, 11/11/2017.
