HEALTH AND WELLNESSS

April is National Stress Awareness Month - A few ways to help you de-stress:

Acknowledge that you’re stressed and list the reasons why. A little acknowledgement goes a long way, as does listing what’s causing you to be stressed.

If you feel like stress is overwhelming in most dimensions, set up an appointment to talk to a pro about managing your stress. We all need emotional tune-ups — use April to schedule those tune-ups.

And lastly, reclaim your time and set it aside for doing things that you love to do! Every one of us has hobbies, and many of us find that our hobbies can be major stress busters. But ironically, when our stress levels go up, we tend to put our hobbies to the side because we don’t have time for them.  This month, carve out some time for doing what makes you happy.
