HEALTH AND WELLNESSS
Healthy Goal Setting - Set goals you can achieve. For example, aim for eating more vegetables and fewer high-calorie foods. Breaking your goal into smaller goals can help you adhere to the program. The key is to be sensible and not aim so high that you wind up on the couch with snack foods and a defeated attitude.
Prep the Night Before a Workout - Put out your exercise clothes the night before as a reminder to walk or work out in the morning. Experts also suggest filling up your water bottle and placing your keys in your sneakers by the door the night before. Fewer obstacles means fewer opportunities to revert to your pillow and a higher likelihood of success.
