HEALTH AND WELLNESSS

Eat Whole Grains  -  Try to eat at least three ounces of whole grains every day (e.g., oats, brown rice, rye, crackers, whole-wheat pasta). Dietary fiber from whole grains may help reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.

Finding Balance - Balance energy calories with activity calories. The energy you get from foods and beverages should equal the calories you burn in activity every day. If you need to gain weight or to lose weight, you’ll need to tip the balance scale in one direction or another to achieve your goal.
