HEALTH AND WELLNESSS

Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Aim for a total of 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables every day. It’s easy if you think about eating a fruit salad, pairing fruit with cheese, spooning up some soup, or drinking your vegetables.

Read nutrition labels. Labels provide information such as serving size, calories, total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, protein, carbohydrate, and vitamin content. This information can help you select foods that best fit into your family’s meal and snack plans.
