HEALTH AND WELLNESSS

Eat slowly.
When you eat slowly, you end up tasting your food more and this lets you experience more of the flavors, textures and smells of what you eat. Because it takes 20 minutes for your brain to register that you are full, taking time and chewing food properly also helps with signaling that feeling of fullness.

Set limits on screen time. Restrict TV, computer and video game time to a total of one to two hours per evening. You’ll have more energy and more time, so enjoy some physical activity instead.
