2026 - 2027 Back to School Events

The Hive is buzzing with excitement for the 2026-2027 school year! Mark your calendars for Friday, August 7, 2026 and join us for a day of getting connected, informed, and ready for an amazing school year at Greer High School!

Hive 101 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
For rising 9th graders only. Meet Freshman Academy staff, learn the keys to high school success, and get introduced to Greer High traditions.

The Hive is Alive | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Open to all students in grades 9–12 and their parents/guardians. Meet teachers, pick up schedules and Chromebooks, explore clubs and organizations, learn important school information, and enjoy food trucks and giveaways!

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the Hive!

Sex Education Instruction for the 2026-2027 School Year

Greer High School will be conducting sex education for the 2026-2027 school year through PE 1 classes. The dates of instruction are from August 17th through August 27th (1st semester) and from January 6th through January 19th (2nd semester). Parents who wish to preview the materials and lessons beforehand can do so in person at the school during normal school hours or through the district website. Class of 2027 Senior Pictures

Attention Rising Seniors! Please use the Sign Up link below to sign up for a time to take your senior picture. Senior Pictures will take place at the school this summer on the following dates:

Tuesday- June 9th
Monday- July 27th
Tuesday- July 28th

If these times do not work for you, there will be in-studio office appointments that we will be offered throughout the summer.
