New Pay Rates Effective July 1, 2025:

Applications will be processed and students will be notified via email once the application is approved. Students may then purchase the parking permit on MySchoolBucks. Students must wait for notification of approval, prior to purchasing the permit (24-48 hrs). Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Parking spaces will not be numerically assigned. Seniors will have priority to purchase parking in the main lot, prior to underclassmen.
Main Lot Passes: $50.00 Auxiliary Lot Passes: $25.00
Requirements for purchasing a parking permit:
All WHHS debt must be cleared
Valid driver’s license
Valid vehicle insurance (current)
Expired documents will not be accepted.
Dates to submit applications and purchase parking permits:
Seniors: June 6 - June 14
Juniors/Seniors: June17- June 21
All Students: July 1 - Until Sold Out
Beginning July 1st, remaining permits will be available to all students.
Only seniors will have access to purchasing permits from June 6 - June 14th.
An email will be sent when permits are available for pick-up.
*Parking guidelines and policies will be enforced, beginning August 18th.
WHHS Debt Collection – July Schedule
WHHS will have staff available for debt collection every Wednesday in July from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM to assist families with returning school items and clearing outstanding balances.
In-Person Returns and Payments (Wednesdays, 9 AM – 2 PM):

Outstanding fees or debts may be paid by cash or check during these hours.

!WIN Ready2Work Career Assessment
Career Ready WIN Test is required for all actively enrolled 9GR23 students (typically 11th grade), except students who participate in certain alternate assessments. Students will take all four components of the assessment during the spring testing window. All eligible students, including GCS Virtual Program (GCSVP), must be tested. Testing is optional for actively enrolled 9GR22 students (typically 12th grade). Seniors may take any or all of the four tests one time during the spring testing window to earn a credential or to improve their performance. WHHS will offer the Career Ready WIN test on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, to students who meet this criteria.

Parent Preview of Materials
The Sexual Health and Responsibility Education Unit will be taught by the district health educators to students currently enrolled in PE I. A general overview and outline of the district’s age appropriate, abstinence-based sexual health and responsibility education curriculum can be viewed on the district website under the Students Parents Heading then scrolling to the Comprehensive Health and Physical Education are linked below. Complete details including the slide presentation and videos can be previewed at the school anytime during the school day if you would like to view it. If you do not want your child to participate in the sexual health and responsibility education class or a specific portion of the class, you must bring the signed exemption form linked below to the front office in person. By School Board Policy and SC Comprehensive Health Education Law, students who exempt sexual health responsibility education will be required to complete other health-related self-study lessons.
